{"id":607,"date":"2013-07-25T13:44:01","date_gmt":"2013-07-25T11:44:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lorenzpotthast.de\/old\/?p=607"},"modified":"2022-11-19T22:10:05","modified_gmt":"2022-11-19T20:10:05","slug":"fusion-festival-at-urbanscreen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lorenzpotthast.de\/old\/fusion-festival-at-urbanscreen\/","title":{"rendered":"<!--:en-->fusion festival (participation at Urbanscreen)<!--:-->"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--:en--><\/p>\n<h5>Audiovisual design for the main stage at Fusion Festival<\/h5>\n<h6>Together with&nbsp;Joshuah Howard,&nbsp;Julian H\u00f6lscher, Moritz Horn, Max Negrelli, Lorenz Potthast, Frank Wagner,&nbsp;Jonas Wiese<br \/>\nParticipation at Urbanscreen<\/h6>\n<p>During my internship at <a href=\"www.urbanscreen.com \">Urbanscreen<\/a> I was also part of the team that was developing an audiovisual installation for the main stage at <a title=\"Website of Fusion Festival\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fusion-festival.de\/en\/2014\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fusion Festival<\/a>. We designed a site-specific object for a very special location. The shapes of the mounted sculpture are precisely fitting for the projection. Combined with the projected light, the sculpture transforms the hangar into a visionary cosmos of poetic imageries.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Fusion Festival 2013 | hangar stage\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/95777518?h=fd72fe7177&amp;dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>During the concerts, the hangar stage was illuminated by a vast VJ live show. After the last concert the hangar changed into an audiovisual installation. Light and sound created an enduring transformation of the scenery. The space in front of the hangar gathered the swarming people like a harbor.
